2.1. Vendors register their details and products on the platform. Customers can communicate with vendors for questions and clarifications.
2.2. Customers initiate the order placement process, and vendors have the right to accept or reject the order request.
2.3. Customers are charged for orders through payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, or mobile money.
2.4. Delivery of products is handled by vendors.
3. Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

- Sexual services
- Weapons and explosives
- Illegal prescription or recreational drugs or pharmaceuticals

Dropshippers are permitted on the platform, but vendors must ensure compliance with intellectual property rights related to branded products.
6. User-Generated Content
Users are encouraged to leave honest reviews and testimonials based on their experiences with vendors and products.
7. Limitation of Liability
Markethub TZ holds no liability for damages or losses arising from user interactions or the use of our platform. Users are responsible for following the required platform procedures.
8. Account Termination
User accounts suspected or flagged for fraudulent activities may be terminated after a thorough investigation and communication with the user.
9. Location Verification
Vendor location may be requested to verify delivery to the specified location listed in the order.
10. Data Collection and Privacy
Markethub TZ collects and handles user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Markethub TZ does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies.
